Skillet'z has always been rooted in local families, students, and the Niles community. We're excited to make it easier for schools, PTAs, clubs, teams, and student groups to host a dinner fundraiser with us.
Our program is called Skillet'z Spirit Night: a dine-to-donate evening where your school community comes together for dinner and Skillet'z gives back a portion of eligible sales.
How Skillet'z Spirit Night Works
School fundraiser nights are designed to be simple for organizers and easy for families:
- Choose an available Thursday or Friday evening.
- Invite your school community to dine in at Skillet'z between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
- Families mention your school, club, or fundraiser when ordering.
- Skillet'z donates 15% of eligible in-store sales from participating fundraiser guests back to your group, excluding tax and tip.
That means your community can support students just by gathering for dinner in Historic Niles.
Why Thursday and Friday Nights?
We reserve school fundraiser nights for Thursday and Friday dinners so we can support your group while still preserving a great dining experience for everyone in the restaurant.
To keep each event manageable and meaningful, we host one school, party, or student group per evening. That helps us protect capacity for regular dining guests while giving each fundraiser clear visibility with our team.

Skillet'z Spirit Night is a good fit for:
